When will places reopen in England?

Lockdown is ending 2nd December in England. Are places such as retail and hospitality reopening 2nd December or 3rd December?

Depends on where in England..... I understand areas will be put in Tiers, 1, 2 or 3 and so those places will adhere to their particular tier rules
