Can I file a police report if I think someone is stalking me ?

Some guy was asking me random questions about me and my husband  and then looked at my line plate and sped off, can I legally file that for a police report?

You can file as report. That doesn't mean ANYTHING will be done.

Your meant to keep a written record of event's.

I've been stalked for year's and it's a matter of them having the freedom to go where they want and say what they want.

Even though it's submissive stalking and they're only pretending there's more going on than what there is.... It's damaging because I don't associate with people like them to start with... I've been drugged and raped and I was blamed for being in their company... The police were aware it was happening... They couldn't of cared less...

They don't like upsetting the government's baby...

You can feel really used when nothing much is happening...

They made me feel crazy then tell people I am... I hardly know these people...They want people looking desperate...

There's not much I've been able to do about it...

They shouldn't be telling people that behaviours not acceptable when they accept it...

Its a sport to those types of people...

At best his behavior was a bit odd, but not stalking. I seriously doubt the police will do anything about it.
