Who is physically stronger a 20 year old woman or 70 year old man ?

Since men are the stronger gender are elderly men still stronger than young adult women or not?

If we are talking about a 20 year old woman and a 70 year old man who are equal in terms of diet, exercise habits , sleep patterns etc... I would probably say that the guy is stronger than the woman.

That all depends on how fit and healthy both age groups are.  There are plenty of fit and healthy 70 year old men and just as many skinny or obese 20 year young women who lack physical strength.
