Net force is equal to change in momentum divided by change in time?
Change in momentum is Δ(mv)=Δm•v=m•Δv.
So if you’re moving at a constant velocity while pooping, you should have a constant net force acting on you, right? That’s ΣF=(Δm•v)/Δt, right? Lol

You have neglected to include the momentum in the ejected fragments leading you to a false conclusion.
