    No, shaving does not create any more hair follicles. No, shaving does not change the color of hair. No, shaving does not change the diameter of hair.

    Shaving does one thing and one thing only: removes hair.

    No, you'll just have blunt ends when it grows.

    Maybe, if you’re a female. You know how women that have mustaches are told not to shave it because it comes back thicker. Well, why wouldn’t the same thing apply to hair.
