What if superhumans started appearing in real life? ?

Would they work for governments? Would they join the military or police forces? Would they try to rule us? Would we discriminate against them or would we be afraid of them? What do you guys think?

 Psychics already work for the government and law enforcement. I'm sure they already exist (naturally or genetically mutated)

 Cell research isn't to help us medically. It's to develop weapons.

Superhumans would use their powers to commit crimes. If you could get away with something, would you do it?... You may try to start out as a hero but eventually, you'll start using that power to do evil to get what you want.
