Should the US government allocate more money for endless and or unnecessary wars; or for helping the homeless ?

Government money providing for defense is in the constitution.  Government money providing for housing is not.

Although War seems to be pointless and it's a barbaric way of negotiating, unfortunately it's still necessary, when dealing with certain countries where negotiating is impossible.

Governments should have separate funds for both 'War & Homelessness'.

military spending has built in kickbacks for the congressmen . helping homeless doesn't .
