If Trump is not consorting with Russia's Putin why is he trying to be him in taking over our presidency as he does the Russian people?

The Mueller report does show a lot of suspicious contacts that Trump had with the Russians.  Also, none of us knows what Trump and Putin said to each other at Helinski, because the info was suppressed.  In fact, the idea of their talks ever becoming public made Putin openly nervous.
