Which languages are more similar, Czech and Slovak or Italian and Neapolitan?

Czech and Slovak (except maybe for the eastern Slovak dialects which are closer to Polish and Ukrainian).
The pronunciation and the grammar of Neapolitan makes it difficult to understand for Italians who are not familiar with it.
