How to prevent scarring on pink skin that’s healing?

so i had a birthmark and blue (mongolian) spot i got lazer done to but it make square boxes around my skin as you can see and that extra line which did not fade away after months and so i went to a place to get a thin layer of my skin burnt off which is why it’s pink now and it’s been 4 weeks of healing but i want to make sure this all heals back to normal skin colour, what should i do??? thanks :/ photo attached
