like the other person said, just like any other hair color and what does being blond have anything to do with being a person

I would go places when I was younger and I lived in Kansas. I had naturally BLEACHED blonde hair. I always got attention for it. I now still have blonde hair. People make jokes about dumb blondes all the time. They aren't funny because I have heard them wayyyyy too many times. Also, most of the guys I have met are into girls with brown hair. So, there is really NO advantage.
