I want to hire a car rental?

Question

I am 21 but 22 on Monday, I have always wanted to rent a car aboard/other countries like Australia, New Zealand, Malta, Iceland, USA, and Canada to explore landscapes and sightseeings and I would like to try new things like to rent a car instead of keeping getting on coaches and bus a lot. I know Malta very well (I have been there 20 times), I want to drive around USA, Australia, Iceland, Canada and Europe.(after saving up)

Reasons why I been to Malta 20 times because me and my family use to go on a holiday/vacation from when I was 4, we use to go there during the school holidays/vacations in May and October normally once in six weeks holidays and twice on Christmas.

You can hire a car under 25, my son has when he was 22. You will probably be charged more for insurance and restricted to certain cars, ( no vans).

it took me 2 minutes to find its 21 both australia and america ..hate to say it but anybody who`s been to malta 20 times needs to get out more

You don't actually ask a question here. Most car hire companies have strict minimum age limits. I strongly suggest that you do not start your driving abroad experience by driving in Malta. If you've been there a lot you will have seen the often lousy driving, the poor roads and the many, many roadside shrines where there have been fatal accidents. 

Try to work out what it is that you are trying to ask.

Well, you cant. You have to be 25 to hire a car. Its a liability thing

Most countries have car rental options, generally you need to be over 21 and have a valid driving license. Other requirements vary (some set a minimum age of 25, for example), as do costs.
