Difficulty breathing, Pain on Left Side of Chest, Dizziness, difficulty in taking deep breathes, stomach remain bloated.?

I have been facing difficulty in taking deep breathes and feels like I can't breathe like normal people. I also feels like pain or pinching kind of feel on my left side of chest most of the time. Feels like my body usually remains stiff. I remain lazy and dizzy most of the time and finds it difficult to concentrate. My stomach also remain bloated and I feel less hungry. This has been going through with me since pass 4-5 months and now has got more serious. Please Help. Your answers will be really appreciated. Thank You.
