Do small memory cards require an second device?

I have a super small memory card. It is for a camera hat. It has a very small memory card that fits into the hat. This tiny memory card does not have a slot on my computer for it to go. Do I need to buy an accessory for the small memory card, in order to insert it into my computer??

That memory card is probably TF, also called MICROSD.  Most micro-sd cards come with a free adapter to make them regular SD size to fit into a computer.  Most people who own an android cell phone probably have several of those adapters in a junk drawer somewhere.  But you can buy one at any dollar store or wally world.  Or online at amazon.
