No. Ok I'm gonna be scientific here. You are at risk of ingesting bacteria like E.coli, Salmonella, etc. If you study biology like I did, you'll know in detail the presence of bacteria, microorganisms, pathogens on almost everything because they're ubiquitous. Cook your meat well because there are bacteria who can stand heat for long period of time. Well-done cooked is preferred so those bacteria will be killed by heat by being exposed by heat pass their limits.

Nope I like it bloody well done. No steaks done half-arsed for me thank you very much.

No. It does need to be cooked some. I order it medium rare.
Blue rare = gross, still mooing
Rare = OK, but I am not a fan of cold meat
Medium Rare = Perfect
Medium = Starts to lose the genuine taste
Medium Well = You just ruined the steak
Well Done = Would rather eat the nasty rubber sole of a worn-out shoe
