Car radio won't turn on after changing battery ?

I have a pioneer mvh-300bt my car needed a battery change which I did and I noticed the radio wouldn't turn on the mechanic checked the cord that connects the battery to the radio and he said its giving power does anybody know what could be the issue and how to fix it

Radio fuse is blown.

Look in your owner's manual in the section that explains the security system. There probably are many youtubes to show you how to restore the radio operation with the security code.

anti-theft feature activates when power is interrupted.  should be in the literature that came with the radio.
