Alcohol serving clubs cannot have full nudity except one grandfathered in. Full nudity requires no alcohol served and therefore can allow 18 year old guests and strippers if they choose to do so.

Because the non-nude clubs serve alcohol, they won't hire 18 year old strippers or employees.

18 year olds work at non-alcohol serving establishments here.

Unfortunately you have to be 21 just to enter the building.  I live here, and know the age limits.
