how do you get over the fear of checking your youtube comments/replies?

i'm a male who is quite sensitive, i like to leave comments on youtube videos all across youtube...but at times i feel afraid of checking the replies to my comments in case someone says an insult or not a nice comment.....so, sometimes i will go weeks and not check my youtube messages or replies because i fear reading insults or unpleasant replies.

is there a way to get over that?

Just tell yourself to f*cking get on with it, and force yourself to do it until it's done.

Check them in Incognito mode, because then it's like it's not really you.
