The eldest child is more wise than their younger siblings, and we're expected to help out with our younger siblings too. The pressure is on us to be the bigger person in a situation and act as a role model. That irritates me, because I want to do what I want without having to worry about my siblings imprinting on me. It's not fair, but it's the reality. I'm 16 with siblings who are 14 and 11, and it's difficult sometimes to have to carry their responsibilities for them.

Because you should be more mature and responsible and capable of doing more things than your younger siblings. That is  until you are all adults.
