A guy called Bill Bailey did in the 20s (think it was 1926)

Michael Jackson was most famous for it. But I remember reading he asked a boy to teach it to him.

It dates back to the 1930s as you can see in the article below. No 1 person is credited with creating it, but Cab Calloway used it back then (unknown if he created or saw someone else do it).

It's inspiration was a certain Neil Armstrong.
A true pioneer.
I'm afraid the other two are just dancers/weirdos.The genre of breakdance music is based on the sound of electronic baby toys.
