Does Lady Gaga look ill?

I think Lady Gaga looks borderline ill most of the time. Is it the drugs? Is it the far-off personality and mental health? Is it the excessive, unnatural amount of make-up? Am I right and if so what is it?

    She does have Fibromyalgiaso in addition to mental health so it could be why
