Why is Trump running on fear and conspiracy theories and not accomplishments?

Only 2 accomplishments he has is a tax cut benefiting the elites and corporations.
Second being his handling of the Coronavirus! Which is why he changed the narrative to "I've saved 2 million lives"! From 8 million infected and ONLY 220,000 dead!

I think you already know the answer - Trump hasn't really accomplished anything. He passed a tax cut bill which only cut taxes for people making over $400,000 per year, and he appointed a bunch of far-right justices to various federal courts. Granted, he was only able to do so because Mitch McConnell in the senate spent years blocking Obama's court appointments for partisan reasons, so Trump effectively made 12 years worth of nominations in 4 years.
You point to all of the nonsense, fearmongering, conspiracy theories, and propaganda. That is an early warning sign of fascism, if you look into the history of far-right political movements in Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Chile, and so forth, you will see that the Republican Party today looks a lot like some of these fascist movements looked when they were young.
The Republican party doesn't care about the American people, the Republican party cares about money, and power. And they get a lot of that from oil companies, weapons manufacturers, and far-right religious and political lobbies.
The Democratic party, on the other hand, as corrupt and incompetent as they are, at least try to do something for the American people once in a while. The Democrats are corrupt and incompetent, the Republican party has actively embraced a mild form of fascism, and has accomplished literally nothing other than giving tax breaks to the wealthy.
Obama passed the Affordable Care Act, giving health insurance to tens of millions of Americans. Is Obamacare ideal? Absolutely not, it's horrible, but it is an improvement from what existed before, which was absolutely nothing. The Republicans have complained and whined about Obamacare for 12 years, they prevented large chunks of it from functioning properly, but they still haven't come up with anything better to replace it even though they had complete control of the federal government between 2017 and 2019.
