https://imgur.com/a/svX47WW here are the 2 pictures, first one is the BSOD itself, and the second one is the BIOS menu i stumble across when i turn on my pc. This has happened to me just once in the past, what i did than i loaded the optimized defaults, and after i did that my pc continued working normally, today the same BSOD happend, and this time loading optimized defaults doesn't fix it, so can someone please tell me what should i do

Remove all but one stick of RAM and if you can get a successful boot, gradually add back the RAM until you get a BSOD

If that doesn't help take it to a tech. The motherboard and peripherals would need testing

I suspect your hard disk is failing. That or it's your RAM.
