Your landlord has the right to invite you to live in his "new" property free of rent. True or false?
But you have every right to decline his invitation, because such a property may not be situated in the right country.
Also, this analogy is an extremely poor illustration of the actual real world situation, because your so called "landlord" urgently requires your cooperation, but you don't need the charity of this country at all.
So what are you going to do about it, eh?
