Good one, RR. That's why I turn mine over to my wife. Come to think of it, Her hair has looked a little frazzled at the end of the month.

That is why, before opening the two bills at the same time, I would stand on the dry ground with the rubber shoes on and not allow any one to touch on me to prevent shock.

My water bill is predictable, but my electric bill can vary.   Usually I know when I am running it up.   So I am expecting the big electric bill, when I had to run the fans etc. a lot more than usual.
