does anyone think that britain is turning fascist?

that is what i saw some people think on youtube, because of all the new authoritarian laws being pushed in, in the covid 19 time.....the lockdown etc.

i really don't know much about it, as i don't watch the news anymore, but occasionally dip into political/news videos by ordinary users on youtube......tv in britain is in the toilet now in my opinion.
