Do I count as tier 2 or 3 ?

So my university town is in tier 3 yet my area back at home in london is in tier 2. currently i am in tier 2 and haven’t gone back to the tier 3 area (university town). I was wondering whenever or not I am not ‘welcome’ in Cornwall as my university town is tier 3 or that it’s ok to travel because I am in tier 2.

You're defined by where you're currently resident. So if you're living at home and haven't gone to live at university, you're Tier 2; if you're living in the university town, you're Tier 3.

You should not be traveling around the couuntry anyway, stay where you are!
