Do you think it makes sense to have teams in college football top 20 that haven't played a game?
To me it seems if you aren't there, you aren't there.
So, if you start ranked number one you just don't play a game?
Oklahoma was ranked 3rd to start and is lucky and undeserving to be top 20.

No, it doesn't seem reasonable when other leagues have played several games.

Do College Football Rankings really matter in August, September, October? No they don't, get back to me after Thanksgiving when we've played a lot of Conference Games and Rivalry Games.

Who's played a game when the preseason Top 20 comes out? What's the difference? It's just people's opinions on who the best teams are.
After opening weekend when only 3 games are played... those 6 teams are the top 6, and that's it?
