Is it correct to say "the days repeat each other like this" instead of every day is the same?

    No, your idea with 'repeat' really makes no sense.

    I do not understand - repeat each other like what? Out of context this makes no sense.

    "Our lives are but specks of dust falling through the fingers of time. Like sands of the hourglass, so are the days of our lives.”
