Native English speakers, could you please help me with these issues?

Is this sentence correct:

"Despite having been nearly 8 weeks, I haven't received MY ORDER yet."

Note: By this, I mean that I bought something online about  8 weeks, but I haven't received it yet.

    Say it like that:-

    Despite nearly eight weeks have past ,I haven't received my order yet.

    It's been eight weeks now and I still haven't received MY ORDER.
