what does "Kommer ku hinner" mean?

    It doesn't mean anything sensible...  It would mean "cow comes here" in Danish and Norwegian.

    Do you mean:  "komm hierher" (German for "come here") or "kom hinner" (Danish and Norwegian for "come here")?

    It looks like somebody's bad attempt to write German from what he had heard.

    Possibly the meaning is "Come in" - inviting somebody into a house or room etc.  But do not take that as the only possible version!
