Mini bike starts but won’t go anywhere?
My kids 80 cc Mini bike starts fine, when engaging the gas throttle will move great when the rear wheel is off the ground and no one on the bike. But when sitting on the bike it will move very slowly if any at all with full gas throttle engaged.
I ve recently changed the clutch, and throttle cable, but that did not solve the issue. Any ideas, please help.

Obviously the clutch is slipping. You either did it wrong(yes, blame YOURSELF FIRST because you have the right to call yourself a dumb cvnt)
See a small engine mechanic for they know how to set up a centrifugal clutch BEFORE YOU BURN IT OUT. Who cares if the wheel spins in the air because you do not drive in the air.

would help to know what engine it has. OEM cetrifical clutch is far better than a chinese made knock off. The clutch may not be up to the task .

If it is revving up properly then the clutch is not engaging properly or the gear ratio is incorrect. New clutch may not be up to the challenge or defective.
If it is not revving properly, and the throttle is opening the throttle all the way then clean the carb and try again. New spark plug while you are working on it.
