I currently have Bitdefender. If I decided to get Malwarebytes premium too, would this benefit me in any way or would it be not worth it?

Malwarebytes was designed to run along side any other AV. There should be no conflicts.
As for the benefits. I would think that as long as they work together, then more protection the better. I personally run Malwarebytes Premium and Windows Defender. When testing malicious files I've created, I've had files get passed Malwarebytes but get detected by Defender. And I've had Malwarebytes block websites and other malicious programs before Defender has a chance.

with malwarebytes premium you will no longer need bitbefender becausw malwarebytes is an antivirus and an antispyware program rolled into one - and a pretty good one too, I have got malwarebytes premium and have got rid of my other antivirus as it only slows my computer down

No, only run one or it will mess stuff up.
