Why isn't there a word for those who discriminate against autistic people?

For example:

If you discriminate against gay people, you're homophobicIf you discriminate against transgender people, you're transphobicIf you discriminate against women (or men for that matter), you're sexist.

But there's not word to describe people who mistreat those with autism! Almost as if it's not really that bad. (It's really bad okay!) And more importantly, people are constantly using "autistic" as an insult and it isn't even frowned upon. Where as using "gay" as an insult would at least get you dirty looks.

Because our society seems to believe that discrimination in any form against anyone who is in any way different than whatever the current definition of "normal" happens to be is acceptable and even encouraged, that's why.

They do not need a label.  Call them what they are: selfish and discriminatory
