    RL is not given so assume it isn't there.

    [R1||R2||R3 + R5)||R4]||R6

    [470||680||1500 + 1100)||1100]||680[278||1500 + 1100)||1100]||680

    [1335||1100]||680 = 319.6 or about 320Ω at a and b <<<<<

    assuming you want thevenin equivalen to terminals a and b ....

    assuming those are connections where two wires cross (should be a dot there)...

    1. short out the voltage sources

    2. better if you redraw it, as shown

    3. calc parallel equiv of R1, R2, R3 (note 1)

    4. add to that series R5 (note 2)

    5. calc parallel equiv of R4 and R6. Add that to total from step 4. (note3) That is answer

    I'll let you do the calculations.

    1. Ra = 1 / (1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3)

    2. Rb = R5 + Ra

    3. Rans = Rb + R4R6/(R4+R6)
