Is there a way to lose weight without exercise and dieting?

I don't want to go for walks or do yoga. I also don't want to eat vegetables or fruit all the time. I don't want to fast either.

    Getting cancer works but I don't recommend it.

    There is no quick way unless you turn to an eating disorder

    Get more sleep.

    Don't put sugar in your coffee.

    Vacation in Japan on a shoestring budget of $30 a day.

    Go camping and live off the land (Fishing)

    Fill a bathtub with ice and sit in it for 20 minutes a day.  Your heart rate will go up and your body will burn calories to keep warm.

    OR you could just make soup for dinner.

    If you're really obese, you can do gastric bypass. If you're just lazy, then no. It's very simple. The ONLY way to lose weight, is to burn off more calories than you take in. You can either burn off more (exercise), or take in less (dieting). Or both to lose faster.

    No, there isn't, unless you are willing to start cutting off limbs or other body parts you feel you are in no longer need of.
