    It is about whether or not you can make them orgasm.  All the things you list can and cannot help.  You can be too big and too small.  You can last too long or not long enough.  You can be an Adonis or a troll and still be good in bed.  All those things can help sometimes but aren't required to reach the goal.  And women are all unique too and respond differently.  Thus creative should be on your list too.  The creative lover is actually more likely to bring their partner to orgasm.

    Almost none of the above. Primarily being 'good in bed' implies enthusiasm, passion, lack of inhibition, attentiveness to the other person, and some pure, carnal lust.
