Should I be worried that this is cerebral spinal fluid, or is it just mucus?

Mostly every time I work out my nose gets very runny and I have to blow my nose. It’s very watery liquid. I didn’t think much of it until today right after my work out I started to do some stretching. I bent over and about a minute into it I could feel liquid coming out of my nose. It wasn’t a whole lot but it was dripping onto the floor. I blew my nose and it was very watery and clear. I don’t have any other symptoms of CFS, no headaches or anything. Just the watery liquid coming from my nose. Should I be worried?

Update:

The liquid also came from only my left nostril

The medical term for that is "SNOT."

    It's just sinus drainage, for Christ's sake.🙄

If this was CSF dripping out that long you would have some serious issues, not working out, and posting here. That implies a fracture somewhere in the facial bones and is a set up for meningitis etc.
