Im skinny and nearly 56kgs.. I want to know that can a skinny person go and start gym or i have to build some mass first cuz i feel skinny. ?

Also i feel complex going to gym with this type of body that everyone will make fun that im skinny. Can we do gym with skinny body or we have to build mass first at home??
