Are diseases spread through kissing common? ?

I know this is a somewhat strange question but I suffer from severe health anxiety and I’ve recently kissed someone and now can’t stop obsessing over getting a disease spread via kissing. Between worrying about mono and meningitis I’m honestly freaking out, so is it a rarity to get sick from kissing someone or not? The

    Yes don’t kiss anyone with scarlet fever

    Any wet on wet contact can spread disease, wearing a condom, but then kissing someone doesn't protect you. Maybe you should Google search black gonorrhea.

    No it’s not that common and certainly not meningitis. Most people have mono antibodies when young adults. You might want to address this crippling fear
