Is a frozen embryo another cycle or is it still within the first full cycle of ivf?

I did a ivf cycle where they retrieved my eggs and had one implanted that failed. I have one frozen From that retrieval and want to use that one soon. Will that be 2 cycles or still my first cycle? I’m asking because my insurance pay for 3 full cycles

If you're using embryos you already have, then it's not a full cycle, it's just the embryo transfer. The cost of a FET is $3000-5000 typically. I have no idea how that would work out with your insurance, though, since there's probably some kind of lifetime maximum. Best thing to do would be to just call your clinic's billing person and ask.
