Is this a good meal plan for coming off the keto diet ?
I’ve been on the keto diet for about 3 months and want to slowly come off of it without gaining weight back. I obviously won’t eat any breads, pasta or any other high carb foods. This is what I’m planning to eat for the first week:
Breakfast: 2 eggs with half cup blueberries
Lunch: 1 bell pepper with turkey
Snack: canned chicken or tuna
Dinner: Italian wedding soup with meatballs (no noodles)
Dessert: two 85% dark chocolate squares
Do you think this meal plan will work?
