Is 2-4 blows to the head a year enough to cause CTE or Alzheimer's?

Because I am tall I sometimes hit my head on ceilings or other high objects when not paying attention, sometimes lightly, sometimes hard enough to cause mild headache and fatigue.  I'm 26. This generally happens a few times in a year. Will this cause brain disease over time?

Doesn't seem hard enough like that.
