No.  What the Bible actually says is that we are all angels, children of the Most High God.  We kept our first estate; the evil spirits who followed Satan did not.  They are cases of arrested development, so to speak.  Angels are, or were, or will be human beings.

    No.

The Bible does not really directly address that topic.

Classical Christian tradition is that the demons (all of them)

    were former angels.

This tradition DOES have some Biblical basis.

    - the Bible SUGGESTS that Satan was formerly an angel

    - the Bible teaches that all demons are in the service of Satan

from which teachings I guess the ancient Christians concluded

    - Satan and the demons were all former angels

The Bible has very little to say about the origin of demons or the devil.  Many scholars take a passage in Ezekiel that refers to the fall of someone called the "morning star" or "lucifer" in the original language due the pride to be the origin of the devil.  That he, and the demons, are fallen angel(s).  In the book of Revelation it talks about God casting the "serpent" (usually taken to be the devil) out of heaven along with 1/3 of the angels who had followed him.

Beyond that we are not given much in the way of the origin of the devil or the demons.  The Bible really says very little about them.  99% of it is about hour relationship with God, not about the devil/demons.  They are only mentioned when their presence somehow influences what is happening in the Bible.  And that is not very often.

Since, according to the bible, there is no evolution, everything that exists was “created that way in the first place”.
