Can you help me?

for projectile motion on level ground assuming negligible air resistance, with the initial angle being neither 0° nor 90°: (a) Is the acceleration ever zero? (b) Is the velocity ever parallel or antiparallel to the acceleration? (c) Is the velocity ever perpendicular to the acceleration? If so, where is this located?

    (a) Is the acceleration ever zero?

    never, always equal to g

     (b) Is the velocity ever parallel or antiparallel to the acceleration?

    never

     (c) Is the velocity ever perpendicular to the acceleration? If so, where is this located?

it just happens at the top of the trajectory where velocity has just the horizontal component
