How come we do NOT feel the earth moving around the sun ? we live on the 3rd planet of the sun ?

Because the acceleration is only 5.05×10−7 meters/second. That's roughly one ten-millionth the force of gravity.

The only way you know you are moving----like in a car or other vehicle---are changes in force from different directions, like random bumps, vibrations, changes in speed, etc.------Since there ARE no "bumps" and changes in the SMOOTH uniform motion of rotation and orbiting the sun, and everything around us MOVES with us, we do not feel like we are moving.---even though we are.

The centrifugal force on Earth due to the planet's orbital motion around the sun is only 0.00593 m/s. That's pretty small. But for an exoplanet at the inner edge of the habitable zone of a 0.08 solar mass red dwarf star, the orbital centrifugal force could be as high as 1.7277 m/s, which you could feel. It would tend to make walking toward the sun-star feel like walking uphill.

atmosphere surrounding us moves together with Earth , therefore there is no relative velocity between atmosphere and Earth

How come you can't feel the car moving down the street the answer is the forces on you don't change. The air travelling with you doest move relative to you

Same difference as being in a car. You relative to the car do not feel you are moving , but the car is moving.

Because the acceleration and deceleration of the planet as it orbits is not enough. It's something like one kph maximum.

For the same reason that you see astronauts floating in the space station and not crashing into the walls - they and the space station are in gravitational free fall around the earth. And the earth is in free fall around the sun. You don’t feel motion in free fall.
