    If you divide a right angle (90°) in half (aka bisect it), you get two 45° angles. Angles less than 90° are acute, so this statement is true.

    Right angles aren't formed by other angles - it is already an angle itself. 

    However, if you bisect the right angle, it becomes two acute angles.
