    I could not find more info, but from the names I would guess Belgium, plus the usage of "duc" (duke in English). The first names appear to be French, German, and Netherlanders, so Belgium.

    Likely a varient on Abdul Ulli which is from the Arabic language ...translated Abdul means "Servant" and Ulli means  "heritage, patrimony."
