Where do I refuel this Roger's Mercury butane lighter?

I think the top knob might be it, but I am having difficulties refueling. The middle knob holds the flint with a spring. I'm not quite sure what the last thing is.

Update:

Forgot to mention, the top knob should be the valve that controls the fuel, so I'm assuming it should be there.

The circle-in-a-circle with the slot, that's the refill valve.  You just poke the butane can's tip into that and press.

NOTE: for better results, put the lighter in the freezer for an hour before you try to refill.

The lower of the three.  Get a butane container with several fittings so that you can get the right fit. You want the fitting that pushes in on that piston you see, and then at the same time seals the opening which will allow the butane to go into the lighter and not into your hand.
