Is it unhealthy of me that I look 27 when I'm actually 23? ?

Maybe it's the bad foods I've been eating or how many times I release my fluids a week..

Some people simply appear older/younger than they are. Sometimes it's just in how mature they appear, it can be hair/makeup/clothing style that impacts their appearance, genes make a difference, etc. Yes, a poor diet, illness, drug use, etc can cause someone to appear older than they are. I wouldn't stress over looking 4 yrs older than you are (that's oddly specific and I doubt everyone who sees you feels you look exactly 27).
